Helnan Marselis Hotel
The monumental Helnan Marselis waterfront hotel was designed by Danish architects Friis and Molkte and completed in 1967. It is situated between Marselisborg forest and Aarhus beach, three kilometers outside the city center. Featuring the clean simply lines of vintage Scandinavian design, all 160 rooms have balconies with handsome views over the water. Guestrooms are equipped with wireless Internet connections, direct dial telephones, minibars and cable television.
Guests can relax or work up a sweat in the swimming pool and sauna, top up their tans in the solarium and enjoy views of the water while they dine amidst modern Scandinavian furniture in the hotel's restaurant, which serves a varied menu of Danish and international cuisine.
